Construction-Operations Building information exchange (COBie) directly provides electronic operations, maintenance, and asset management information in the BIM Environment.

We can fill in the BIM model with necessary information using COBie. Be it OEM information or installed product details, we provide that in BIM environment as per your project schedules. Important project information such as product data sheets, warranties, spare parts lists, preventive maintenance schedules, etc. are created to support the operations and maintenance phase.
